Just the New Guy

The CAPC has hired a new director. I wonder how long this one will last before the "crab apples" from the bottom of the town's barrel float to the surface and sour the locals on this choice?

I'm asking the people who find fault in everyone but themselves to give this fella a chance. He has a marvelous resume which was actually read by everyone at the CAPC. He was chosen over several candidates and...he smiles. That's a plus in my book.

Now, if he will agree with the interim director, Joanne Graupner, that our Auditorium will continue to be open to community organizations without charge, then I'll be in his corner for the duration. I think most of the town thought that it was wrong to see the Aud mothballed during the reign of our last director.

Finally, the new guy's name is Mike Maloney, so he's gotta have a good sense of humor and that's no baloney.
