Local artists are encouraged by First Lady Ginger Beebe and the Governor's Mansion Association to enter their art work in the competition for inclusion in the 2009 Arkansas Artist Engagement Calendar. The deadline for entry is April 30.

An impartial panel of jurors will choose the works to be included in the 2009 calendar. The calendar will be on sale starting September 10, 2008. For details on the competition and how to submit artwork, please contact the Governor's Mansion at (502) 324-9805.
