Ø Chelsea's will host a benefit for Julie Ballance on Sunday at 2 p.m.

  Julie's upbeat take on life will forever prevent her from being even remotely thought of as "burned-out." Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for her tiny mountain cabin which self-combusted recently.

  The benefit will feature an Auction of amazing donated items, just in time for your Xmas shopping, and an Open Jam led by her equally upbeat sister, Lany.
