* Fire Om Earth Retreat will host a Fall House Concert featuring Laura Freeman's "Luna Tart Died of a Broken Heart," this Sunday, Oct. 5 at 6:30 p.m.

Freeman, of Austin, Texas, has created the persona of Luna Tart, whom she describes thusly, "Luna Tart has been singing for a long time. She was in cabarets before your mother was born. She picks up her little ukulele and sings very sad songs." The Austin Chronicle has this to say, "Laura Freeman's Luna Tart Died of a Broken Heart is a simultaneous composition of magnificence and desperation."

Fire Om Earth Retreat is located at 872 Mill Hollow Rd. Admission is $12.
