John Fullbright will play at the Old Elk Street Church on Wednesday, April 7 as part of the House Concert Series.

The House Concert Series will host a performance by John Fullbright on Wednesday, April 7 at the Old Elk Street Church at 17 Elk St.

Fullbright is a brilliant young singer/songwriter who sings folk, blues, jazz and Americana like he's been around for years. Ironically he comes from the same hometown as Woody Guthrie -- Okemah, Okla.

The doors will open at 7 p.m., the music will start at 7:30 p.m. and, as usual, they'll have you home by 10. This is a multi-generational, smoke-free venue. It's $12 at the door.
