Jim Garrison, a resident of Eureka Springs, was born July 20, 1921 in Mundell, a son of Lee and Vera Loetha "Eto" (Webb) Garrison. He died on Wednesday, Feb. 21 in Eureka Springs at the age of 85.
Garrison was an antiques and crafts dealer. He was baptized as a Baptist and attended the Freewill Baptist Church on Rock House Rd. He was a native of Eureka Springs and a member of the Coffee Cup. He was also a member of the Basin Spring Lodge #386 in Eureka Springs.
He is survived of the home by Mary Ann Collins, whom he married on April 28, 1963. He is also survived by two sons, Tim and his wife Ellen Garrison and Steven Lee Garrison; two daughters, Tonie and her husband Randy Green; and Cheryl Malone, all of Eureka Springs; two grandchildren, Cassie Garrison and Annalee Carolyn Garrison; several nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two step-brothers, Curtis and Cleo Hull; and three step-sisters, Agnes, Leona and Mila Dean.
