Wally Lintecum

Wally Lintecum, a resident of Rogers, died Oct. 18 in St. Mary's Hospital at the age of 79.

He was born Jan. 25, 1927 in Eureka Springs to Thomas Lintecum and Minnie Wilder Lintecum.

He retired after 23 years of employment by Emerson Electric. Lintecum enjoyed hunting, fishing and listening to classical music. He attended First United Methodist Church in Rogers.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Leoma Lintecum, of the home; one daughter, Vicki Watkins and her husband Mike; grandson Chris Watkins and his wife Ronna; granddaughter Michelle Williams and her husband James; and great, great grandchildren Isabella Watkins; and Jaxson Williams, all of Rogers.

A memorial service was held on Oct. 21 at the First United Methodist Church of Rogers with Rev. Davis Thompson officiating. Cremation arrangements were made by Stockdale Funeral Services of Rogers.
