  The public is invited to visit Eureka Springs potter Karen Foster's studio on Saturday, Feb. 9 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for her 9th annual Breaks Your Heart -- Imperfections Art Sale and Open Studio.

  In addition to her seconds, her smoke-fired pots and small clay hearts, she will debut her 2008 coffee cups with ribbon handles. Refreshments will be served.

  Attendees are invited to dress warmly and walk a traditional labyrinth mowed into the field adjacent to her studio. Directions to the Lightning Ridge Studio: turn south off US62E onto Lightning Ridge Road next to Ozark Mountain Hoe-Down. Follow the signs and arrows for 1/2 mile. For details, call 253-7310.
