This year's theme is "Art with an Altitude." Admission to the festival is free, although the regular admission price still appplies for those wishing to tour the refuge. Turpentine Creek rescues and provides sanctuary for lions, tigers, cougars, bears, and other animals.
This is a great spectator event, with a regional presence. Visitors are ecouraged to bring a kite, or just relax and enjoy the spectacle.
