Eurekans arraigned for wild behavior

BERRYVILLE -- Christopher Michael White, 34, of Eureka Springs, was arraigned in circuit court for felony fleeing and second-degree battery, and misdemeanor resisting arrest, driving on a suspended license, and reckless driving.

  According to police at Monday's proceedings, he was arrested by Eureka Springs police shortly after midnight on Jan. 24 after allegedly driving at a high speed in the area of Pendergrass Corner on Spring Street, then fleeing on foot from the area of Howell and Prospect streets, resulting in injury to an officer.

  Andy Brian Todd, 25, of Eureka Springs was arraigned for felony driving while intoxicated, fourth offense, misdemeanor driving on a suspended license and without liability insurance, and violation by refusing to submit to a chemical test. He was arrested by county deputies on Feb. 3 after being observed driving erratically on Hwy. 21S.
