Mary Alice Miller, a resident of Eureka Springs, was born Nov. 8, 1915 in Billings, Mont., a daughter of Arthur and Carrie (Lintecum) Tarr. She died on Friday, April 4 in Eureka Springs at the age of 92.
Ms. Miller and her husband owned and operated a furniture store. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Eureka Springs and also worked at the Great Passion Play in her later years.
She is survived by one daughter, Judy and husband Bill McClelland of Eureka Springs; one grandson, Bryan and wife Shelli of Eureka Springs; two granddaughters, Kim and husband Joe Parks of New Orleans, La. and Terra and husband Dustin Ake of Rogers; two great-grandsons, Jensen and Joshua McClelland of Eureka Springs; and a host of friends.
On April 13, 1935, she married Clio Miller, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded by her parents, one daughter, Karroll Wilson and one infant son, Clio Rush Miller II.
Graveside services were held on April 8 at the Eureka Springs Cemetery with Pastor Gene Gilmore officiating under the direction of Nelson Funeral Service, Inc.
