They'll be back for a weekend of FREE appearances on May 9-11. Starting at noon and lasting throughout the afternoon, they'll perform approximately every 90 minutes, depending on crowd size.
Last year, crowds for these free performances grew as word spread quickly through town. The ladies perform in the "new circus/Cirque" tradition, performing feats of grace, beauty and strength on the aerial hoop and aerial silk, as well as acrobatics, fire-eating, and bullwhip cracking.
Founded in 2003 by experienced performers, the Aerial Angels appear at festivals, theaters, corporate parties, dance clubs and outdoor events around the world.
For some pictures and more information about these performers, check the website www.angelsintheair.com. The website says, "Watch them contort, soar, eat fire and much more! Their show will be FREE in Basin Spring Park, beginning around noon…and plan on laughing, these ladies are funny, too!"
