The Afrique Aye Dance Company won $300 for First Place in Saturday's ARTrageous Parade in downtown Eureka Springs, followed by Second Place winner Steve Holst with his fire-breathing stripper, and the Art Colony won Third Place.   Ricky Waggoner & the Psychedelic Marching Band won the $200 First Place for Walkers, with Jamila Zahara winning Second Place and Mark Hughes coming in at Third Place.
