Today, we introduce a place in the Citizen where you can find news and information and answers about www.lovelycitizen.com. This week we'll just begin to tell you about some of the exciting changes you'll be seeing in the coming weeks and invite your involvement.

Your involvement is most important to us as we grow to be your "information central." Here's how you can be involved.

Now:

(1) Blog!: We invite you to be a "blogger" on our site. If you have a passion or area of great interest to you that you would like to share with other readers, let us know! We can provide you with easy guidelines to give you an important voice in our community.

(2) Comment! Every story and blog on lovelycitizen.com invites your opinions and comments. Let us know how you feel about the subject of articles or blogs. We pay great attention and value your input. Think we need to follow through with more research on the subject? We will follow your leads to serve you better!

New:

We will let you and other readers know how your comments are followed through. And we'll tell you what stories we're working on. We are becoming your 24/7 transparent news source.

Coming soon:

Your Stories: Have a great story you want to share? Submit it to us on-line (we'll provide a submission form on-line). You just might find it on our front page!

Your Photos: Take some great shots you want to share? We'll give you the space to show off your vision.

Calendar of Events: We'll soon provide you with easy to use forms on-line to tell everyone about your special event.

Announcements: Engagements, weddings, births, obituaries. Whatever life change you wish to announce, we'll soon have user-friendly forms available on our front page that let you input your news to both our on-line and print editions.

Lots more coming soon. Some things really will change the way you look for what you need everyday. Meanwhile, let us know what you'd like to see on our community information Web site! Send your ideas to: fsmith@lovelycitizen.com.
