4:04 p.m. -- The owner of a laundromat gave police a security tape of a customer ripping off another customer's clothes.
10:04 p.m. -- A woman calling from an upper Spring St. residence said her ex-husband harassed her and left.
10:46 p.m. -- Two officers checked an Echols St. residence for prowlers but found no trespassers.

5:16 p.m. -- Following an anonymous tip, police were unable to observe any juveniles boozing at a N. Main St. residence.
7:57 p.m. -- Police warned the sheriff's department about occupants of a black Ford pickup with muddy Oklahoma tags who were "driving all over the roadway, hanging out windows and throwing beer bottles out" as they left town headed east on US62.

10:07 p.m. -- Two women visiting town from Joplin, Mo. reported a wallet stolen.

1:44 a.m. -- A warning device became alarmed about something at a US62E fast-food franchise.
10:38 a.m. -- Police were unable to locate "sport bikes" reportedly driving illegally on US62W.
7:26 p.m. -- A frustrated motorist whose parked car was blocked in by another car on Center St. found release in kicking the tar out of the offending vehicle.
7:46 p.m. -- A car window was broken out while parked on a N. Main St. lot.

1:39 p.m. -- Operators of ATVs riding around Black Bass Lake were advised to stay off the dam, park property and city streets.
1:46 p.m. -- Although hikers observed a naked person communing with nature, two officers were unable to find hide nor hair of the owner of clothing and keys found on a trail at Black Bass Lake.
3:48 p.m. -- An Elk St. resident complained about two Terriers frolicking behind the post office and told police they belong at a residence near the intersection of Elk and Owen Sts.
5:04 p.m. -- An alert carriage driver complained about a "man in a dark green T-shirt" scaring his horses outside a S. Main St. pub.
6:36 p.m. -- Police were unable to locate a red Firebird reportedly being driven recklessly on US62E.
7:58 p.m. -- A caller asked officers to check on the welfare of a nonagenarian Shelton St. resident and police reported the woman was fine, but very tired.
10:48 p.m. -- Police responded to a report of smoke detected behind a US62E restaurant.
