This week 17 nominators picked Vicki Rose as COW. "As program director and art teacher for Lane House and Main Stage she's enriched the lives of all the children who come through the doors. She has also taken on City Hall on behalf of all of Eureka's musicians and artists. In case you missed her appearance before City Council, Vicki brought to light the plight of musicians and artists who perform in Basin Spring Park.
