Citizen of the Week
Eleanor Lux is a busy woman. In addition to running Lux Weaving Studio and teaching through the Eureka Springs School of the Arts, Lux cultivates and maintains the lovely flower beds up and down White Street, the busiest stretch of road for both two- and four-footed pedestrians on the Historic Loop. The blazing colors of the Phlox, Turk's Cap Lilies, Zinnias, Salvia, Day Lilies, Dahlias and Hollyhocks in the flower bed in front of the Citizen office speak for themselves. It is efforts like hers, said her nominator, that make Eureka Springs famous all over the country for its amazing beauty. Thank you Eleanor!
