Shirley Ann Barrett-Bieniek was born Dec. 29, 1937 and died July 21 at the age of 70 at her home in Ft. Myers, Fla.
She was born and raised in Benton Harbor, Mich. She lived in Chicago for a while where she was an x-ray transcriber for a private hospital. After that, she moved to Eureka Springs.
For the past 25 years Shirley lived in the Cape Coral-Ft. Myers, Fla. area.
She was a wonderful daughter, sister and aunt. The many family members who love and miss her include: her sister, Kay Green of Eureka Springs; her brothers, Richard Hubbard and wife Dee of Ft. Myers, Fla., Robert Hubbard and wife Peggy of Clearwater, Fla., Roland Barrett and wife Sylvia of Fuquay Varina, N.C.; nieces Sharon Green of Eureka Springs, Kathy Hubbard of Connecticut, Sue Lawler of Ft. Myers, Fla., Meagan Harwood of Garland, Texas, Darcy Barrett of Garland, Texas and Terry Leny of New Hampshire; nephews Frank Green, Jr. of Eureka Springs, Richard Hubbard II of Wagoner, Okla., Robert Hubbard, Jr. of Clearwater, Fla., Scott Barrett of Garland Texas and Billy Hubbard on New Jersey.
Shirley's loved ones waiting for her in Heaven are her mother, Frances Kruk Hubbard Barrett; her father, Frederick Barrett; her brother, William Hubbard, II; her nephew, Brian Hubbard; her niece, Tonya Barrett; and her husband, Ernest Bieniek.
