Restaurant Supervisor Beverly Lovell and Director of Food and Beverage Mike Jaschke look over the new "early bird" Overture Menu at the Crystal Dining Room Restaurant at the Crescent Hotel. The new menu will allow diners with evening entertainment plans time to enjoy their meal and catch a show. Restaurant patrons must be seated between 5 and 6:30 p.m. The Overture Menu features such entrées as flat iron steak, bacon wrapped pork loin, pan seared ahi tuna, lobster ravioli and key lime marinated shrimp skewers.
