Rankine show 'Community at Peace'

Photographer John Rankine will have a slide-show of his "Community at Peace" installation on view at 84 Spring St. this Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 13 and 14, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Rankine photographed 550 local residents, asking them to visualize, pray for or meditate on peace. The individual portraits were part of a larger installation presented last month at The Space.

Posters from the show, as well as individual portraits, can be purchased this weekend.
