Jed Bullock

This is Jed Bullock. He opened the Best Western Eureka Inn last week, despite its being closed for the season, to offer refuge at much-reduced rates to those in need of lodging during the ice storm. Jed was only the first of a whole herd of nominations for this week's COW. Lodging facilities all over town went above and beyond to help those who needed help the most. To all those in our little city who helped a neighbor or the elderly, who banded together in the face of winter's adversity, thank you very, very much.
