Johnson chosen for LSU art exhibit

Eureka Springs artist Betty Johnson has been accepted into the Louisiana State University International Exhibition on Animals in Art.

Her "Queen Corgi I" painting was one of 75 works accepted out of 585 entries.

Johnson, a member of the Holiday Island Art Guild and the Eureka Springs Artists Registry, has lived in Eureka Springs since 1995. She works in oils and acrylics and paints landscapes, still lifes, dolls and her popular "Old Masters" dog and cat paintings.
