Strings to magic aprons -- Eureka Springs School of the Arts Executive Director Peggy Kjelgaard and Alena Guillory exhibit lovely art aprons designed by Denise Ryan, Eleanor Lux and Mary Tait. The Eureka Springs School of the Arts will hold its 5th spring "Fool for Re'Art" fundraiser on Wednesday, April 1 at 7 p.m. at the Inn of the Ozarks Convention Center. There will be food, music, and live and silent auctions of art, antiques and services. Because local artists are asked to donate work so often for various causes, ESSA has decided "to ask everyone to donate artwork they no longer have room to hang or place." Anyone wishing to donate artwork, whether an artist or otherwise, can call the school at 253-5384 or Mary Springer at 253-7806 or deliver it to Lux Weaving Studio at 18 White Street.
