Lovely County Citizen

The members of the Club of the Ozarks nominated Shelley Harvill as this week's COW. "For 10 years she has been the Director of Club of the Ozarks, a recovery/rehabilitation day program under the auspices of Ozark Guidance. The program helps people with severe mental illness in unique and effective ways. Much of this success can be attributed to Shelley's love and compassion for not only the work but especially for the people whom she helps. She instills in all of us a sense of family and community. She's moving on to complete her doctorate in psychology and we will all miss her. She's also been a member of Search & Rescue and a First Aid Instructor."

Well, as a member of the Clubhouse myself, I know how much Shelley truly deserves this. She has done so much for us and I know myself I will miss having her around the Club. However, she did say she'd always be up for one of our camping trips if we invite her,and how could we not. Thanks for everything Shelley, your a wonderfull person and have a great spirit. I hope your future is what you worked so hard to do and is a wonderfull one.catlover1
