Lucy entered this world in April 1988 and the Lord took her home on May 28.
Lucy was the beloved companion of Frank Green, Jr. She leaves behind her two brothers, Dudley and Muzzy, of the home, her granny Kay, cousin Pepper and aunt Sharon.
Lucy loved to ride in the car. Being a beagle, she would hang her head out the window and smell all the new scents in the air and bark at other dogs and kids.
Her favorite thing to do was ride up to the drive-through window for "Special Treats." McDonald's and our local banks were some of her "hot spots" to hit.
She was also the guard dog for The Woods Resort and took the job seriously.
She leaves a terrible void in our family. Lucy entered and left our lives in such a short span, but the impression she left on our hearts will stay with us forever.
I would like to thank Dr. Rice and his staff from the Family Pet Hospital for taking such wonderful care of Lucy during her illness and also The Sunset Pet Cemetery and Jamie Cartwell for helping me care for Lucy.
We use to always say to her "Wait for us little girl" and I know she will. God speed my sweet baby.
