Citizen of the Week

This week's COW is Rachel Love. Her nominator writes, "Rachel is an ordained Assembly of God International Fellowship minister. Since moving to Eureka two years ago, Rachel has undertaken a mission to remove barriers between neighbors and realize her dream of bringing more people to enjoy Eureka's many gifts. She organized a successful Women's Conference, puts on free Thursday concerts in Basin Spring Park, produces a radio ministry on KESA and manages www.rachelloveministries.com.
