Citizen of the Week

This week's Citizen of the Week is Janice Powell. Her nominator writes, "I would like to nominate Janice Powell as COW. Janice is the 'mother' of the Public Display of Affection in Basin Spring Park which is my favorite part of the seasonal Diversity Weekends in Eureka Springs. She is a sweetheart and really deserves COWhood! Not only did Janice graduate from Eureka Springs High School but last weekend she actually worked during the Public Display of Affection on Saturday so that Mickey Schneider could attend." Thanks Janice, that was udderly selfless.
