Billie Jean Magee McCabe (Burks)

Billie Jean Magee McCabe (Burks) was born July 26, 1922 in Durant, Okla. She died on Saturday, Feb. 13 at the Eureka Springs Hospital. She was preceded in death by husbands Calvin Arthur Magee, and J. Frank McCabe, and a son, Steven Randolph Magee.

She is survived by two sons: William Calvin Magee and James J. Magee; a sister, Trilby Maul; and a nephew, David Maul.

Grandchildren include Blake Magee, Cara Vidales, Sarah Magee, Emily Magee Eckman and Rebecca Magee. Great grandchildren include: Aiden, Gracen, Grier and Evan Magee; Brooklyn and Carson Vidales; Tristan and Jacob Nelson; Kayden, James David and Kyla Grace Eckman.

Billie was a former member of the Carroll Country Library Board and an active member of St. James' Episcopal Church.
