Citizen of the Week

John Perkins of Midnight Construction is this week's Rowdy COW thanks to the nomination of a very greatful disabled veteran. "He came around and saw the back porch steps on my house," said the wheelchair-bound vet, "and got worried about how I'd get out in case of a fire."

In no time, Perkins had built an extension over the porch and a safe wheelchair ramp sloping gently from the back of the house. "I know he's done it for several other people, too," said his nominator, "and he never charged me a cent." Thanks for serving those who've served, John.
