Nean and Marcia Molthan had been coming to Eureka Springs for years, and were enchanted by the architecture, stonewalls, and unlikely setting for a town.

When they saw an abandoned and dilapidated, although gorgeous, building on S. Main, they made it their mission to rescue it and bring it back to health.

They hired help, listened to them, and were able to restore the Stone House to an elegance befitting our town.

The Molthans' investment in the future of Eureka Springs is inspirational, and we thank them. Not everyone can do what they did, but thank goodness there are those who are willing take a leap of faith when they can.
