David Charles Bradford , September 29, 2010

David Charles Bradford of St. Louis, Mo., and Eureka Springs, Ark., passed on Sept. 29, 2010 at home with family by his side following a brief battle with mesothelioma.

David was the beloved life-partner of Scott Rombach for 25 years; the dear son of James and the late Josephine Bradford; dear brother of Jim Bradford, Janet Pleiman, Joyce Tempesta, Barbara Bradford and Phyllis Dahm. A dear nephew, uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend to many, he will be truly missed.

David spent his career as a naturalist with the State of Missouri, the last six years with Powder Valley Conservation Nature Center. A quiet and gentle person with a kind heart, David shared his love and passion for nature with countless children, adults, and friends. He was a gifted mentor and inspiration to his colleagues.

Memorial services will be Sunday, Nov. 7 at 11 a.m. at the Powder Valley Nature Center, St. Louis, Mo.
