Janet Lea Drew, 62, of Rogers, died Monday, Nov. 8 at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville. She was born August 28, 1948 in Oklahoma City, Okla.m to Roy Lee Stivers and Betty Mclain Stivers.
She will be remembered for her compassion, her kind and loving heart, her selfless giving spirit and her love of God. She was an avid supporter of the Special Olympics, a self- taught artist whose work was featured in galleries in and around Eureka Springs, and a member of both the Eureka Springs Art Guild and Writers Guild. The true joy of her heart was being surrounded by her family.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Janet will be deeply missed by her husband of 29 years Stanley Phillip Drew; five daughters, Anissa Lea Bomar of Cabot, Ark., Sommer Linn McClellan of Cabot, Ark., Felicity Demars Lange of Portland, Ore., Annah Danelle Drew of Rogers, Suzanne Elizabeth Burden and husband Bryce of Kalispell, Mont.; two brothers, Charles Campbell and wife Linda of Krebs, Okla., Daniel Stivers of Rome, Ga.; three sisters; step-mother Gerry Stivers; and six grandchildren.
Visitation is Wednesday, Nov. 10 from 6 -- 8 p.m. at Stockdale Funeral Services of Rogers.
Funeral Services are at 11a.m., Thursday, Nov.11, at Stockdale Funeral Chapel in Rogers with Pat Mann officiating.
