Citizen of the Week

This week's COW, Bill Westerman, volunteers his time to students in the Eureka Springs School District several days a week. A member of MENSA, Bill loves to share his knowledge with hungry learners even more than he loves solving crossword puzzles and pursuing his art and photography. His students receive weekly one-on-one attention under Bill's patient tutelage. His nominator said, "Whether he's helping them catch up on homework or teaching them an entirely new concept, these children know Bill is there for them."
