Citizen of the Week

Tina Cone is known to many for her special care as a local veterinarian. She also has a special talent for helping youth understand the many human needs that exist in Carroll County through her work as board member and director of the Carroll County Community Foundation's Youth Advisory Council (YAC). In addition to many hours spent over the last eight years introducing students to the world of grant making, Tina has chaperoned the annual YAC Attack conference and helped with dozens of activities. Tina is leaving the board in June to "give someone else a chance" at doing this remarkable job. She will be missed.
