"Phyllis Poe has been living and breathing Clear Spring School for the past 30 years as a parent, teacher, Director of Development, board member, and ultimately the Head of School.

"Phyllis has enjoyed the growth of the school from a one room school house with a handful of students in grades 1 to 6, to a fully accredited Independent School through the secondary levels of education.

"Even though she has chosen to refocus her energies, she has achieved a partnership between community and school that will live on forever. Best wishes, Phyllis, and enjoy those grandchildren!"
