Citizen of the Week

This week's COW is a real turkey. When it comes to feeding the needy (and the rest of us) during the holidays, turkey always steps up to the plate. Turkey has been serving (and served to) families in our community since the early days of Eureka Springs. Even before then, turkey contributed to Native Americans, providing tasty meals and decorative feathers year round. Turkey has been around a long time and is a familiar presence in town, mostly hanging out at Hart's offering to come home with shoppers and spend some cozy time together in a warm kitchen. Happy Thanksgiving, turkey - see you at dinner!
