Shenell Maisonneuve was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident in Eureka Springs recently. She remains in critical condition at St. John's Hospital in Springfield.
On Monday, June 11 Shenell Maisonneuve was in a tragic motorcycle wreck that claimed the life of Dylan Stoia. She remains in critical condition at St. Johns Hospital in Springfield. Doctors continue to work on her most life-threatening injuries in order of priority because she sustained massive internal damage and a staggering number of broken bones, not all of which can be listed here.

She sustained a fractured skull, broken ribs, both of her arms are broken (including her wrists, hands & fingers). Both of her legs are broken. Doctors have begun to repair some of her broken bones in the past few surgeries, including her fractured pelvis, both ankles and the most damaged broken femur. With her most recent surgery the doctors had to amputate her right arm in order to save her life.

From all accounts, it is nothing short of a miracle that Shenell is alive. For now, it is just one hour at a time, one day at a time. Those who know Shenell are well aware of her strong will ... but she also has a very long and tough fight ahead and she needs your prayers, love and support.

On Tuesday July 24, at Chaser's Bar and Grill there will be a benefit to raise money to help Shenell and her family during this very trying time. There will be a silent auction and a live dessert auction as well as food buffet provided by local restaurants.

Organizers are looking for donation items of all sorts for the silent auction as well as cookie, cake and pie donations for the Sweets Auction. Donations can be dropped off at Chaser's Bar and Grill or arrangements can be made for picked up. For questions or to make a donation please contact: Kirsten (479) 363-7209 or Crystal (417) 671-2185.
