EUREKA SPRINGS -- Bobbie Foster, daughter of John F. Cross, chairman and president of Cornerstone Bank holding company Eureka Bancshares Inc., has been appointed to the Eureka Bancshares Board of Directors.

Born and raised in Eureka Springs, Foster is owner and operator of Mud Street Café on Main Street, an award-winning café established in 1995.

Foster joined the board at the most recent annual stockholders' meeting held in May.

Cross said: "Not only is Bobbie my daughter, she is a valued Eureka Bancshares shareholder and Eureka Springs business woman that has earned this achievement."

Foster also serves on the board of the City Advertising & Promotion Commission and has served on the board of Eureka Springs School of the Arts. She feels she best serves her community by serving her customers.
