Steer to your problems. That's the advice Mary Pinkley got when she started her first post-retirement job, driving a 18-wheeler. Driving the semi was easy. Backing it up brought her to tears until a woman trucker told her the secret: steer to your problems.

Pinkley, a descendant of a pioneer Eureka Springs family, now has a retail business on North Main that started with a friend's request to use up venison in the freezer.
