Sept. 10

6:45 a.m. — An officer responded to an area restaurant to speak with some individuals who were loitering.

2:24 p.m. — An officer responded to a report of a male subject trespassing on hospital property and arrested him for criminal trespassing.

9:04 p.m. — The school resource officer requested an officer go by the high school to make sure the lights were out after an event that night. An officer responded and said most of the lights were out.

11:48 p.m. — Officers responded to an area apartment complex for a tenant that was disturbing the peace.

Sept. 11

10:47 a.m. — A caller requested an officer to report their vehicle being stolen. An officer made contact with the victim and took a report.

11:32 a.m. — A caller requested an officer for a two-vehicle accident with no injuries. An officer responded and took a report.

11:35 a.m. — A caller requested an officer to respond to their resident for a reported theft. An officer responded and took a report.

12:15 p.m. — A caller requested an officer to call them for a theft report. An officer tried contacting the caller but was unable to make contact.

3:25 p.m. — Officers responded to a report of an automobile accident. A report was taken.

Sept. 12

2:40 p.m. — While on patrol, an officer came in contact with a wanted person and arrested the subject on an outstanding Carroll County warrant.

6:04 p.m. — An officer responded to a report of a parking issue but was unable to locate the vehicle.

6:57 p.m. — An officer responded to a report of a reckless driver. The officer checked the area but was unable to locate the vehicle.

7:04 p.m. — An officer responded to a report of a barking dog and spoke to the complainant.

7:35 p.m. — An officer responded to a traffic accident and took a report.

Sept. 13

8:08 a.m. — A caller requested an officer to respond to a local motel for a theft report.

9:33 a.m. — Carroll County Dispatch advised of two motorcyclists driving recklessly, heading into Eureka Springs from Berryville. An officer responded and searched the area but was unable to locate the vehicles.

3:52 p.m. — An officer responded to a report of stray dogs in the area. The officer was unable to locate any dogs.

5:59 p.m. — An officer responded to a report of vehicles abandoned in an area parking lot. The vehicles were towed by the business.

7:38 p.m. — An officer responded to a report of a possible disturbance and made contact. No report was made.

8:57 p.m. — An officer responded to a report of a male subject refusing to leave the premises. The subject was gone on arrival.

Sept. 14

12:01 a.m. — While on patrol, an officer noticed two intoxicated male subjects and requested dispatch to call a taxi to pick them up.

5:31 p.m. — An officer responded to a local residence to assist another law enforcement agency.

6:52 p.m. — An officer responded to a report of motorcycles parked on the sidewalk and issued a citation.

7:38 p.m. — An officer responded to a report of theft at an area hotel and filed a report.

Sept. 15

8:54 a.m. — A caller advised of an erratic semi driver going eastbound on Highway 62 on the west side of Eureka Springs. Carroll County Sheriff’s Office deputies and state police were not available to respond. Officers responded and had the semi pull over. They spoke with the driver. No report was filed.

12:12 p.m. — Officers responded to a two-vehicle traffic accident with no injuries and took a report.

2:04 p.m. — EMS responded to a local restaurant for a male subject with a medical situation. Officers responded to assist with traffic control.

2:41 p.m. — A caller advised of a motorcycle coming into Eureka Springs driving erratically. Officers responded.

3:28 p.m. — An officer responded to a individual who wanted to make a criminal mischief report. A report was taken.

3:31 p.m. — An officer responded to a report of speeding vehicles in the area but was unable to locate them.

5:33 p.m. — An officer responded to a 911 hangup call from a local residence and advised everything checked fine.

6:52 p.m. — An officer responded to a report of a vehicle parked in the handicap lane and spoke to the subject, who moved the vehicle.

Sept. 16

12:49 a.m. — Officers responded to a report of a male subject harassing customers and employees at an area restaurant bar. He had been advised never to return to the restaurant. Officers arrested the subject for possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.

4:51 a.m. — An officer responded to a report of an open door at the transit center bus barn. The building was clear. No report was needed.

11:16 a.m. — While on patrol, an officer was contacted by an area restaurant about the smell of natural gas coming from the area. The officer requested dispatch to contact the fire department to have them come check on the reported smell of natural gas. The gas company showed up to take care of the issue.

6:15 p.m. — A caller advised that he had an employee who had been asked to leave multiple times but was refusing. An officer responded, and the employee was gone on arrival. The officer explained how the business can handle the issue in the future if needed.

11:08 p.m. — An officer was flagged down and told a couple was arguing at the tables in front of an area restaurant. The officer spoke with the couple and discovered it was just a verbal argument.

Sept. 17

6:22 a.m. — An officer responded to an area motel to assist a guest with an issue involving her child.
