Citizen of the Week

Thursday, May 2, 2019

Candace Spaulding is this week's Citizen of the Week. Spaulding was nominated by Becky Heath, who said Spaulding regularly carries out acts of random kindness. "On any given day, you can see her stopping to help a stranger change a tire, paying for someone's groceries because they forgot their money, filling in pot holes on a much-needed road and even letting a retired serviceman stay with her instead of sleeping in his truck," Heath said.

  • Congratulations, well deserved!
