A list of incident reports from the Eureka Springs Police Department:

July 13

• 12:30 p.m. — An officer responded to South Main for a minor two-vehicle accident and filed a report.

• 1:50 p.m. — An officer responded to a two-vehicle accident.

July 14

• 8:07 a.m. — Officers responded to North Main for a reported homeless subject causing issues with a business.

• 10:04 a.m. — An officer responded to a local residence after receiving a report about a homeless camping at night on the property. No report was needed at the time.

• 10:28 a.m. — An officer responded to E. Van Buren for a reported erratic driver but couldn’t locate anything.

• 10:54 a.m. — An officer responded to Highway 23 for a reported erratic driver, located the vehicle and advised all was fine.

• 11:45 a.m. — An officer spoke with a subject in the lobby about threats. No report was needed at the time.

• 3:26 p.m. — An officer responded to Spring Street for a parking issue and advised that the vehicle was moved.

July 16

• 12:06 p.m. — An officer responded to a local business for a reported assault and filed a report.

July 19

• 2:52 p.m. — An officer responded to Mountain and Eureka streets for a parking issue and advised the vehicle was red-tagged.

• 3:31 p.m. — An officer responded to a local business for a report disturbance, made contact and advised that no report was needed at the time.

July 20

• 12:22 p.m. — Officers responded to a local business for an alarm and all was fine.

• 2:23 p.m. — An officer responded to a local business to help fire and EMS.

• 3:05 p.m. — Officers responded to Kingshighway for a reported disturbance, advised the parties to separate and no report was needed at the time.

July 22

• 1:52 p.m. — An officer responded to a local residence for reported criminal mischief, advised it was an accident and no report was needed at the time.

• 2:41 p.m. — A subject was arrested after a traffic stop.

• 3:34 p.m. — Officers responded to the area of Spring St. for reported suspicious subjects, checked the area but couldn’t locate anything.
