This listing includes individuals who have been booked into the Carroll County Detention Center. Charges may be reduced or dropped, and individuals are presumed innocent until being found guilty. As of Monday, Oct. 4, a total of 75 inmates were being housed in the detention center.

Sept. 27

• Carrianne Henry, 46, Berryville, was booked on contempt of court.

• Jason Matthew Kurczek, 40, Berryville, was booked on failure to comply with a commitment order, possession of an open container and first degree criminal mischief/theft of property.

• James Anthony Woodard, 59, Berryville, was booked on possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and no driver’s license.

Sept. 28

• Adrian Paul Goings, 38, Stotts City, Mo., was booked on revocation on failure to appear on domestic battery.

• Randy William Maifield, 51, Green Forest, was booked on revocation on possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear on no proof of insurance.

• Randall Alan Sisco, 59, Berryville, was booked on driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license, no seat belt, driving left of center and failure to appear on driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license.

• Gloria Michelle Waldrop, 47, Berryville, was booked on failure to appear.

Sept. 29

• Teresa Jean Badley, 52, Shell Knob, was booked on failure to appear on possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Hanna Marie Huskey, 36, Eureka Springs, was booked on third-degree assault on a family or household member and first-degree criminal mischief.

• Keisha Dawn Jester, 32, Washburn, Mo., was booked on possession of firearms by a certain person, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing governmental operations.

• Eric O’Neil Lewis, 40, Green Forest, was booked on failure to appear on careless and prohibited driving.

• Ronnie Darain Rice, 43, Springfield, was booked on bond surrender and failure to appear on possession of an instrument of crime.

• Dalton Ray Wright, 29, Green Forest, was booked on terroristic threatening.

Sept. 30

• David Esparza, 36, Berryville, was booked on hold for RCF.

• Shawn Edward Harness, 23, Berryville, was booked on hold for Harrison PD.

• Stephanie Elaine Hayes, 34, Green Forest, was booked on failure to appear on possession of a controlled substance.

• Alexander Roy Payne, 33, Eureka Springs, was booked on simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of meth or cocaine with purpose to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing governmental operations.

• Cynthia Dawn Vanwinsen, 33, Berryville, was booked on simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of firearms by certain person and obstructing governmental operations.

Oct. 1

• Allen Matthew Collier, 49, Berryville, was booked on failure to appear on review hearing, failure to comply with jail commitment on possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear on failure to pay on third-degree battery.

• Brittney Meek, 31, Eureka Springs, was booked on commitment.

• Trevor Drew Allen Pitts, 25, London, was booked on court appearance and failure to appear on possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Benigno Rivera-Alvarado, 47, Berryville, was booked on no proof of liability insurance, driver’s license required, disregarding a stop sign and hold for Benton County.

• Phillip Daniel Thomas, 45, Eureka Springs, was booked on court commitment.

• Sony Jason Weathereal, 41, Berryville, was booked on possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of firearms by a certain person, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, aggravated assault on a family or household member, terroristic threatening, first-degree false imprisonment, white warrant and obstructing governmental operations.

• Terry Joe Arnold, 38, Rogers, was booked on failure to appear on driving on a suspended driver’s license due to DWI and failure to appear on failure to appear.

• William Garrett Howard, 27, Fayetteville, was booked on failure to appear on no or expired driver’s license.

• Timothy Carl Randall, 52, Harrison, was booked on possession of firearms by a certain person and driving left of center.

• Bradley Paul Risdal, 30, Eureka Springs, was booked on possession of a controlled substance, driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license, no proof of liability insurance, fictitious vehicle license/registration, violation of noise ordinance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear.

• Tammy Marie Wagoner, 49, Alpena, was booked on possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while intoxicated and possession of an open container.

• Rikki Lynn White, 38, Mountain Home, as booked on failure to appear on possession of a controlled substance, hold for Harrison PD and hold for Newton County.

• Gabriel Evan Brotherton, 26, Holiday Island, was booked on terroristic threatening and third-degree assault on a family or household member.

• Phillip Martin Fortenberry, 38, Holiday Island, was booked on possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear.

• Marshall Alan Chase Galvin, 21, Harrison, was booked on failure to appear on no proof of liability insurance and failure to pay registration.

• Tristan Leigh Ginnett, 27, Fayetteville, was booked on court appearance.

• Jimmy Wayne Parham, 37, Berryville, was booked on public intoxication, hold for Benton County, hold for Washington County and hold for Elkins PD.

• Julian Parham, 31, Berryville, was booked on driving while intoxicated.

• Jennifer Ilana Thompson, 28, Berryville, was booked on third-degree domestic battery and third-degree endangering the welfare of a minor.
