A list of incident reports from the Eureka Springs Police Department:

Oct. 4

• 9:19 a.m. — An officer responded to a report of possible vandalism but didn’t file a report because the reporting party didn’t want a report and wasn’t sure what happened.

Oct. 5

• 2:57 p.m. — An officer responded to a reported erratic driver, made a traffic stop and did not issue a citation.

• 3:47 p.m. — An officer responded to an accident and filed a report.

• 5:45 p.m. — An officer responded to a reported welfare concern, made contact and all was fine.

• 7:06 p.m. — An officer responded to a reported suspicious person but couldn’t locate anything.

Oct. 6

• 12:10 p.m. — An officer received a report of a subject harassing and insulting an employee at a local business. There were no injuries and an officer filed a report.

Oct. 7

• 9:45 a.m. — An officer received a report of a subject refusing to leave the property, responded and removed the subject from the property. No report was taken.

• 10:41 a.m. — An officer received a report of a reckless driver, checked the area and couldn’t locate anything.

• 10:56 a.m. — An officer received a report of a subject causing problems in the park, made contact and removed the subject from the property.

• 11:53 a.m. — An officer received a report of a reckless driver, made contact and everything was OK.

• 12:09 p.m. — An officer received a report of a dispute, arrived on the scene and advised the parties to stay separated.

• 5:27 p.m. — An officer responded to loud music, made contact and didn’t issue a citation.

• 6 p.m. — An officer responded to a report suspicious person, made contact and the subject left the premise.

• 7:04 p.m. — An officer responded to a disturbance.

Oct. 8

• 9:20 a.m. — An officer received a report of a reckless driver and made contact with both parties involved.

• 10:05 a.m. — An officer received a call about a homeowner finding a prowler on the security camera and took information.

• 10:10 a.m. — An officer received a report of an intoxicated subject, located the subject and removed them from the property.

• 5:18 p.m. — An officer responded to a reported welfare concern but couldn’t locate anyone.

• 7:18 p.m. — An officer responded to reported loud music and found no music was playing.

Oct. 11

• 11:40 a.m. — An officer received a report of a welfare check, located the subject and EMS transported them to the hospital.

• 12:56 p.m. — An officer received a report of a hit and run accident, responded and advised that it was a private property accident. No report was taken.
