A list of incident reports from the Eureka Springs Police Department:

Nov. 1

• 12:07 p.m. — An officer filed a report on a hit and run.

• 1:06 p.m. — Officers filed a report on a vehicle in the ravine off Highway 23.

• 2:30 p.m. — An officer received a report of a vehicle parked in front of a business for one week, made contact and left a warning sticker on the vehicle.

• 2:43 p.m. — An officer received a report of a vehicle accident.

Nov. 3

• 7:09 a.m. — An officer received a report of a truck that hit the guardrail and was off the side of the roadway. An officer checked the area but couldn’t locate anything.

• 8:09 a.m. — An officer received a report of an 18-wheeler stuck on the roadway, responded and helped the driver out.

• 2:37 p.m. — An officer responded to reported suspicious people, made contact and the subjects left the area.

• 3:17 p.m. — An officer responded to a reported wanted person, located the subject and assisted another agency.

• 8:18 p.m. — Officers responded to a reported stranded motorist, helped out the motorist and everything was fine.

Nov. 4

• 9:10 a.m. — An officer received a report of an alarm that was cancelled before the officer could arrive on the scene. Everything was OK.

• 10:45 a.m. — An officer received a report of artwork in their apartment being moved in the night, responded and filed a report.

• 8:33 p.m. — Officers responded to a reported disturbance, made an arrest and filed a report.

Nov. 5

• 7:43 p.m. — An officer responded to a reported 911 hangup but couldn’t locate anything.

Nov. 6

• 4:40 p.m. — An officer responded to a found cell phone and took the property to the police department for safe-keeping.

• 5:18 p.m. — An officer responded to a found wallet and took the wallet to the police department for safe-keeping.

• 6:07 p.m. — An officer responded to a reported traffic problem but couldn’t locate anything.

• 9:19 p.m. — Officers responded to reported suspicious subjects, made contact and no report was needed at the time.

Nov. 7

• 6:45 a.m. — An officer received a report of a lost vehicle, responded and located the vehicle.

• 10:52 a.m. — An officer received a report of a male subject sitting next to a curb, responded and the subject was OK.

• 1:44 p.m. — An officer received a report of a two-vehicle accident with no injuries and filed a report.

• 1:47 p.m. — An officer received a report of a suspicious vehicle, located the vehicle and everything was OK.

• 1:51 p.m. — An officer received a report of a disturbance, responded and the situation calmed down.

• 2:15 p.m. — An officer filed a report on a two-vehicle accident.
