A list of incident reports from the Eureka Springs Police Department:

Dec. 20

• 8:27 a.m. — Officers received a report of a delivery truck stuck in the roadway, responded and assisted the truck with moving.

• 9:24 a.m. — Officers responded to a duress alarm and everything was OK. The alarm was set off accidentally.

• 11:20 a.m. — Officers filed a report on breaking and entering at the well house at Lake Leatherwood City Park.

• 2:39 p.m. — Officers responded to a reported suspicious person walking in the area and trespassing at a local business. A su object was arrested.

Dec. 21

• 6:10 a.m. — Officers checked for reported loud music but couldn’t locate anything.

• 5:23 p.m. — An officer responded to a reported welfare concern but couldn’t locate anything.

• 6:04 p.m. — An officer filed a report on an accident.

• 7:18 p.m. — An officer responded to a reported suspicious person, located the subjects and everything was fine.

• 9:24 p.m. — Officers responded to a reported suspicious vehicle, made contact and no report was needed.

Dec. 22

• 8:27 a.m. — Officers responded to a report of loud music and the music was turned down.

• 9:25 a.m. — Officers filed a report on stained glass art stolen from a front porch.

• 10:11 a.m. — Officers filed a report on an unattended death and turned the body over to the coroner’s office.

• 4:04 p.m. — An officer responded to a reported welfare concern, checked the area but couldn’t locate anything.

• 4:48 p.m. — Officers responded to a reported disturbance, the subjects left the area and no report was needed.

• 6:43 p.m. — An officer responded to a reported disturbance, arrested a subject and filed a report.

Dec. 23

• 9:53 a.m. — Officers responded to an open 911 line but couldn’t locate anything.

• 9:54 a.m. — An officer responded to a reported prowler, made contact and no report was needed.

• 10:08 a.m. — Officers responded to an alarm and everything was OK. No report was needed at the time.

• 4:32 p.m. — An officer responded to an open 911 line, made contact and all was fine.

Dec. 26

• 10:57 a.m. — Officers responded to an accident at a local business, filed a report and a patient was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
