Wow, what a response from your readers. First let me say thanks to the Citizen for giving a conservative a little space. Seems many are concerned with getting equal time in the media. By the way who is the conservative writer on the Citizen? I cannot answer all the responses to me last week in 250 words so I will to be brief. Most of the replies were off from what I said. I said God's hand of protection was lifted from this nation, not that he sent destruction to New Orleans.
Some of the responders are obliviously atheist yet they quote scripture. The carnal mind cannot understand the ways of God. Most make me out to be a hate monger, a false prophet, that I think I am sin free, that I look at porn, that I sit in judgement, that I make myself a god, even implying I am a Jim Jones, and of course self righteous, and by the way I have no tax exemption. What a list. I ask you where is the hatred?
Kim Ridenour makes fun of God's wrath, suggesting a plague of ticks and chiggers for Eureka's sinful ways. Almost out of space! I have no hate for sinners. I pray for Kim and others. I have met several gay people here and most are very nice, friendly, loving people. That won't get you into heaven. Condemning sin is never popular, ask Jesus. As far as the warning, how has the economic growth of Eureka been? There is more than one way to skin a cat.
