Shop in the past at Spring Antique Trail Show and Sale
As other antique shows are scaling down or closing, the annual Spring Antique Trail Show and Sale continues to draw a lot of attention every year.
Now in its 12th year, the show returns to the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks Convention Center on Hwy. 62 West on March 15-16.
The weekend begins with a special Wine and Cheese Preview Friday evening, March 14, from 5:30-7 p.m. The $10 admission fee includes admission for the rest of the weekend. A single admission for Saturday or Sunday is $2.50.
Show hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
More than 50 dealers from 13 states have reservations for this very popular spring show. According to organizer Dave Baker, "We continue to attract dealers from many different states and are very excited about the quality of merchandise that will be available. We strive to maintain a high standard and a wide variety of antiques."
Baker said a core group of about 75 percent of the dealers come back year after year, but some new dealers are always in the mix.
The show will feature a full range of antiques including furniture, glassware, pottery, silver, books, primitives, shabby chic, postcards, advertising, paper, linens, crystal, china, jewelry, vintage clothing, art, and replacement parts for those long-working items which have become part of your household.
Two drawings will be held during the weekend; one for a cash prize, and another for a valuable lodging voucher, so shop to your heart's content and you might just go home with a little something extra.
