  "I remember the first time I saw Ralph Wilson's shrines," said this week's COW nominator. "I was walking through the Sunday Market. I looked up and there were all these amazing pieces of art, all lined up in the back of a pick-up truck. I was entranced. I talked to Ralph and quickly understood he wasn't selling religious artifacts, these were art shrines, shrines to anything you can imagine! I just think someone who can come into a community and bring with him such a wonderful concept, and teach it to students, and now with those astonishing Art Cars! It's all just so beautiful! So that's why I want to nominate him."
