Lux Studio to host open house

Eleanor Lux and Karen Foster will host their 12th annual open house, art show and sale on Saturday, Dec. 6 from 4 to 8 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 7 from noon to 5 p.m. at 18 White St.

Lux will show her latest hand-woven wool rugs, pen-and-ink drawings of the Yucatan and gem stone and beaded ball necklaces.

Foster will exhibit a new series of smoke-fired handmade clay spheres in which she has taken a flat labyrinth pattern and turned it into a 3-D design.

There will also be a new assortment of coffee cups.
